Going to a casino is a ton of fun, and most everyone leaves with lighter pockets; planning to lose money makes it more enjoyable, especially if a big win happened. In most states a casino is required for gambling (except for the lotteries and video gambling, which are legal in some states).
It doesn’t have to be devastating to lose during a night of gambling fun. The first rule is, don’t bring any money that wasn’t intended to be lost. If nobody brings other forms of money (credit cards, checks, etc.) then no other money can be lost. If there’s a problem with gambling, a casino should be avoided at all costs.
The Penny, Nickel and Dime Slots are Where the Action Is
One way to have a lot of gambling fun is to play the slot machines. If one stays away from the dollar and five-dollar slots, only cents at a time are lost, enabling the gambler to play much longer and with less money. There are slot machines that operate on quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies. As expected, pennies enable the most play for a dollar, that is, without a win.
Most modern slot machines take any denomination of cash, so trips to the cashier are no longer required. But, if a gambler wins 8,000 pennies, a trip to the cashier’s bar is necessary. For this reason, all casinos have buckets or cups that people can put their slot winnings in.
Most casinos supply complimentary beverages while playing the slot machines. That’s one good thing about working up a thirst spinning those wheels with the lever; drinks are free.
Eating at buffets makes meals a lot cheaper to eat, especially for families. There are usually many close to casinos selling really cheap buffets, which means customers will spend their money there and go gamble more.
Eat at buffets, play the cheap slots, and have fun.
